With each new day I am reminded of Lamentations 3:22-23 where it says, “ It is of the Lord‘s mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. ?? Time to cool off! || Recipe

Since most everyone is enjoying a day of relaxation, I thought I’d share my all time FAVE summer drink!? It’s an Iced Latte that literally only takes a couple minutes to mix up and will add a little extra sweetness to your afternoon. ?? ENJOY!!

yields 1 Iced Latte

  • 1/2 espresso or strong brewed coffee
  • 1TBS Raw Sugar (or sweetener of choice!)
  • 1/3 cup Whole Milk
  • 1 TBS Heavy Cream
  • 1 Large cup ice
  • Caramel for drizzling(optional)

Directions

  1. Dissolve sugar in coffee then pour over ice(may need to add additional ice after this step!) Then add milk!
  2. Drizzle with caramel(option) and enjoy(not optional ;) )!
