So enjoyed Michaela’s Autumn InstaParty submission!! She says, “Hello! I’m Michaela! Lover of long walks, strong black coffee {I’m a bit of a coffee snob… ;) }, and most importantly, Jesus. My favorite parts of fall are the changing leaves and the wonderful smells– bonfires and pumpkin and cinnamon and crisp clean air! I’m always reminded in the fall that there is a season for everything–even change. As the leaves change color, they seem to whisper, “Let go, o soul. Trust in Him. There is beauty to be found in the change.” God is so merciful, it leaves me so incredibly humbled… My favorite Bible verse is 1 Peter 5:10 which reads: “And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you.” Oh goodness… How good our God is that He HIMSELF will restore us… The fall is such an especially wonderful time to revel in His promises to us before the Christmas season is upon us :)” She’s styling her Katherine’s Coffee Shop Lace Headwrap +  Cappuccino Stretch Lace Cecily to perfection! Her favorite things about this season are pumpkin patches and Apple orchards. She loves pumpkin pie, pumpkin flavored ice cream and iced coffee. Autumn Spice Latte ☕️?|| Happy National Coffee Day!!

Happy National Coffee Day to all my fellow coffee enthusiasts!! ?? Celebrating the black bean with with one of my favorite coffees today!  Combining 2 of my favorite things in a mug, my Autumn Spice Latte is a bit of crisp espressonated autumn goodness.☕️? So, grab your favorite mug and fix yourself your favorite coffee because it’s national coffee day!!

QUESTION!! What’s your favorite kind of coffee?? Latte?  Black Coffee? Frappuccino?

serving size: 1 delicious latte!
Latte ingredients:

  • 2 shots espresso or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
  • 1 TBS brown sugar
  • 1TBS Caramel sauce
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup whole milk

Whipped Cream:

  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 TBS Pure Maple syrup or Powder Sugar
  • Cinnamon & Nutmeg for dusting (optional)

Directions:

In electric mixer on medium speed, whisk heavy cream & maple syrup until whipped cream consistency. Set aside!
Combine hot espresso(or coffee), brown sugar, caramel, & vanilla extract in your favorite mug. Stir thoroughly to dissolve sugar and caramel!
Steam milk and pour over coffee. Top with whipped cream, sprinkle with extra cinnamon and nutmeg if desired. Sit back and ENJOY!
